Report Infringement

CuraTech Designs ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to honoring the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will swiftly address claims of copyright infringement that are brought to our attention, specifically those submitted to our designated copyright representative as outlined in the example notice below.

If you are the copyright holder or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, or if you hold any exclusive rights under copyright, you should report alleged infringements occurring on or through our website (the "Site") by filling out the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and sending it to our designated copyright representative. Upon receiving a notice as detailed below, we will take action, at our sole discretion, which may include the removal of the allegedly infringing content from the Site.

• 1. Specify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or if there are multiple works, provide a representative list of those works.
• 2. Describe the material or link you believe is infringing (or involved in infringing activities) and needs to be removed or disabled, including, at a minimum, the URL of the link on the Site or the precise location of the material.
• 3. Include your company's name (if applicable), postal address, phone number, and, if available, email address.
• 4. In the body of the Notice, include both of the following declarations:
• * "I declare that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or by law (such as fair use)."
• * "I affirm that the information provided in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner for the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
• 5. Sign the notice with your full legal name, either electronically or physically.

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly misrepresents that material or actions are infringing may face legal consequences.

If you believe that your content, which was removed or access to which was disabled, is not infringing, or that you possess permission from the copyright owner, their agent, or the law to post and utilize the content, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated copyright representative containing the following details:

• 1. Your signature, either physical or electronic;
• 2. Identification of the material that was taken down or which access was blocked, along with its previous location before removal or restriction;
• 3. A declaration that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification;
• 4. Your name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address, a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of federal courts in Seychelles, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the individual who provided the initial notice of infringement.

If our designated copyright representative receives a counter-notice, we may send a copy to the initial complainant, informing them that we will reinstate the removed content or cease blocking it within 10 business days. In the absence of legal action by the copyright owner seeking a court order against the content provider or user, the removed content may be restored or access granted again within 10 to 14 business days, at our discretion.

In accordance with the DMCA and other relevant laws, we maintain a policy of terminating, at our discretion and in appropriate situations, the accounts of users identified as repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to limit access to the Site or terminate accounts of any users infringing on the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether the infringement is repeated.
